Two fixed days a week each. Four of five working days are committed. A third client would mean selling time I do not have.

How is this different from an AI consulting firm?

A consulting firm produces a recommendation and leaves. Their incentive is the next phase of work. I hold the decision, including the decision to build nothing.

How is this different from hiring a full-time AI head?

Accepted Answer

A full-time hire at this level costs considerably more, takes months to find, and is difficult to reverse. This is three months and a fixed fee.

Do you build the systems as well?

Not as part of this engagement. If something needs building, I write the specification and evaluate who builds it. Phenomeny can quote for that work separately, and you are free to say no.

Do you sign an NDA?

What happens after three months?

Either the decisions are made and you do not need me monthly, or the engagement continues at 30 days' notice. Both outcomes are fine.
